Onion (Allium cepa)

  Onion helps to strengthen the heart, lower blood pressure and improve romantic potency which has been impaired through a long illness or mental stress.

Onions are very good cooking herbs; flavorful and good for you.   Cut an Onion in half, or slices, and eat with bread to alleviate gas pains and heartburn.   Onion juice can be mixed with honey to use for coughs and colds.  Apply fresh onion juice to suppurating wounds to facilitate healing.

Juice:
Press fresh juice from bulb
Take:
1 tsp 3 or 4 times per day
Cold Extract:
Soak a chopped onion in
1 cup of water for 24 hours
strain
Take:
1/2 cup per day
Add:
Whole onion to soups and stews
Eat:
