Mullein (Verbascum thapsus)

  Mullein tea is a great remedy for colds, bronchitis, asthma, and whooping cough, coughs from colds and hoarseness.

It will also help releive digestive tract cramps and other gastrointestional disturbances and induce sleep.

Three tbsps added to boiling water with a handful of Eucalyptus and the vapor inhaled will enhance the healing benefit of both and be more effective in loosening mucous and aiding the asthma sufferer. Common Names:
