Knotweed (Polygonum persicaria)

  This herb is commonly used for arthritis, Jaundice and lung problems.

When applying juice to the skin it can become irritating to those with sensitivities so use externally with care.

Steep 1 tsp herb in
1 cup boiling water.
Take:
1 to 2 cups per day
