Drawf nettle (Urtica urens)

  The medicinal herb, Drawf Nettle is useful in the urinary tract to reduce back pains and also reduces susceptibility to rheumatism problems and colds.

It can be used for diarrhea and the tea can also be rubbed into the scalp for hair loss.

External use for Dwarf nettle

Usual Method of Prep Usual Dosage
Infusion (tea):
2 to 3 tsp plant steeped in
1 cup boiling water
for 10 minutes. strain
Take:
1 cup per day.
Juice:
Mix with equal amount of water
Take:
1 tsp at a time spread over the day
Scalp wash:
Boil 3 or 4 ounces of chopped leaves 2 cups water and 2 cups vinigar for 10 minutes.
Apply:
rub into scalp for hair loss 2 or 3 times a day.
